Microsoft build anechoic chamber at its Redmond headquarters . The specialty of the room is that background noise level inside that room is -20.6 dB . Normal breathing produces 10dB sound. The room is so quiet , you can hear your blood flow. Six concrete rooms within rooms that enclose the chamber. They can reduce the noise of a jet taking off to a whisper.
